 TEA

Tea a beverage made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant.  Often served as a hot or cold beverage.

Black Tea
The leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant are fully oxidized (the reaction of the leaves to the exposure of oxygen or air) to produce a dark brown or black tea.

Green Tea

The leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant are not oxidized, but are steamed or heated to retain the green colour of the leaves and prevent the oxidation process.

Oolong Tea

The leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant are partiallly oxidized (oxidization occurs but not as long as the black teas) to produce a tea that falls in between green tea and black tea.
